Refund policy

At Bongo Alankar, we take great care in selecting and packaging every order. We want you to receive your jewellery in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please follow the policy below to request a return.

1. Return Window

Return requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase/delivery. Any return request submitted after this period may not be considered.

2. How to Request a Return

All return requests must be submitted exclusively through the Return Page Form available on our website. Requests made through social media, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other channels will not be considered as official return requests.

3. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are received broken or damaged. Returns due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or any other reason are not currently accepted.

4. Proof of Damage

To process a return request, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the condition of the package and product upon opening. A box-opening video is strongly recommended as proof that the product was delivered damaged. Clear images may also be submitted where applicable.

5. Exchange

Exchange is currently not available. We are working towards introducing an exchange facility in the future and will update our customers once this service becomes available.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and the return has been successfully verified and approved, the eligible refund amount will be transferred to the customer within 15 working days from the date of the approved return.

The refund will be made only to the same bank account/payment account from which the original purchase was made. Refunds cannot be transferred to a different bank account or third-party account.
